"Overall a good stay. Staff were friendly and efficient . Room was cofortable although the carpet had some threadbare spots. Furniture was very outdated and could do with a refresh. Shower controls were very temperamentle trying to get a consistent temperature. There was not a toilet cleaning brush in the bathroom. The price was reasonable considering these minor faults. "

"I spent 3 nights and overall had an enjoyable stay. The room was a good size, very clean, and the bed very comfy. Only slight disappointment was that the advertised fridge was not in the room; I was expecting this to keep drinks cold and for packed lunches. Check in was done online and very easy. Whilst this was quick and efficient it meant the personal touch was lacking and I did not see anyone else during my stay. Great location on the promenade with pubs, restaurants, and the station within...

"Room was small and a bit dated but a large balcony and we were lucky with the sunshine so we did sit out for a while each day. It would be beautiful in the summer ! That said the hotel is lovely, comfortable with lots of lively places to sit and read. The food is excellent - fantastic meal three courses for 33 pounds and well worth it. We would stay again and Aldeburgh is just lovely !!"

"Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing.
