I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and felt genuinely high‑end, with great attention to detail throughout. The staff were excellent — welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. I also really enjoyed the restaurant; the food was very good and made the stay even better. Our whole experience was so good from firstly entering the hotel with a most warm welcome from a young lady staff member. Our room was spotlessly clean, all the staff were warm and friendly, dining was excellent, all our meals were fresh and well presented. All the staff worked hard and always offered their services if we required anything. Thank you very much to all the staff for a great stay with you.

The hotel is so clean. You have everything you need. Better than some 5star hotels. Staff so friendly. We took our dog with us and they even had a doggy sausage on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was outstanding. Fully reccomend a stay here.

Lovely stay here with Luna our Greyhound. Room was spacious and very comfortable,. Staff always happy to help and nothing too much trouble. Had Sunday lunch which we all enjoyed. The hotel is lovely and clean. We visited Oulton broads and if we had stayed longer many other places as the hotel is local to some great places.
