"Fan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasn’t aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didn’t lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but won’t be staying again. "

"The bedroom was basic but comfortable and clean. However, there was only one small wondow giving very little natural light. The heating seemed uncontrollable and the staff tried to help but without effect. The bathroom is a wet room. There is nowhere to hang towels. The extractor fan is very weak. We were not aware of a parking charge before our arrival. Parking is limited with insufficient spaces. "

"Didn’t have to park I used public transport. The room was smaller than I expected, and no chair or kettle and limited storage space, shower worked well. I thought it was worth the money as the location was central to the city. Fan in room was noisy at times as were the other guests."

"A relatively new hotel near the centre of Ipswich. Nothing special and ok for a travelodge. The rooms are fairly small and there is not much room to spread out with your luggage. The biggest negative is the lack of free WiFi in the rooms. This is not acceptable in a modern hotel."

"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice "
