"On check in, we had to vacate our room due to plumbing issues along the whole corridor. We had to wait another hour before our new room was ready, which was fine as it was out of their control to a degree. Our only complaint was that we had to ask for a complimentary drink or similar whilst we were waiting.....they should've offered that immediately, guests shouldn't have to ask, it's the least they can do! Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"I’m very disappointed because this property is simply not accurately advertised. The accommodation itself is nice, but several of the facilities that influenced my decision to book DO NOT EXIST as advertised. Expedia clearly lists a restaurant, bar/lounge and full-service spa, including massage, and shows spa/sauna facilities. In reality, there is NO restaurant, NO bar and NO full-service spa. Breakfast can be pre-ordered and delivered to your room, but that is not a restaurant. A minibar in...

"Second time staying, excellent base for hiking the fells and mountains, especially with the spa for afterwards. Staff are excellent and friendly, looking forward to our next stay."

Due to the style of sink turning the tap on causes a tidal wave and wets you through so have to use cautiously! Had to pay for parking as didn’t book directly with hotel."

Breakfast was good but we had to wait both days for the food to be topped up as there’s only one waiter trying to do everything. The room was large and bed was comfy. The bathroom was not good no water pressure so water came out very slowly and not very hot. Shower unit was very noisy and no heating for such a big bathroom apart from a towel rail so it was...

"Lady on reception charming"

"كانت إقامة جميلة والفندق كلاسيكي نظيف ومريح والموظفين خدومين ولطفاء. اعجبني الفندق والمنطقة المحيطة الذي لم يعجبني فقط ان الماء الحار والبارد كل صنبور على حدة بحيث ان احدهما شديد الحرارة والآخر شديد البرودة يعني أمامك خيارين عند الاستخدام اما ان تحترق أو تتجمد "

"clean room, all you can order breakfast"
