"If you are going to the theatre district this is place for reasonable rates. Parking is a breeze, the front desk is very helpful, rooms are clean, AC is great, beds are in good condition. Breakfast is in an area opening onto walking street which is open with a nice breeze, omelet is incredible!"

"Very dirty with coach roaches in the buffet . Street noise so loud you couldn’t sleep, it was a nightmare. Toilets were not even cleaned , who knows if the sheets were washed. Just say no !! Don’t stay here !!! "

"Never a good experience when a huge roach wakes u up at 3:30 am crawling on your back while u sleeping. Saw several others about so they must not clean well and was a lot of small flying bugs tgat cami inside from the rocky “patio” area. Carpet hasent been replaced in years but it was a secure and a place to rest up if u don’t mind lil critters. "

"Excellent start to our Costa Rican adventure. Room 35 was at the top,back of the hotel, so nice and quiet. Room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of areas to relax. Shared fridges and microwaves if required. Safe car parking. Excellent breakfast. Just round the corner from a free guided walking tour and many nearby things to visit."

"The property would benefit from a higher maintenance. For instance the "new" restaurant is not even finished. This hotel used to be "fresher and neater" . Staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. "
