The hotel was in a good location and was very clean and neat. the staff was very friendly and helpful , breakfast was included and was very good, there was free secured parking, the one thing that I did not like was the guest policy no additional guest are allowed after check-in.

This hotel is located in a great location and very convenient to everything downtown. There are some room facing the pedestrian street so the noise is not bad. The room is spacious and linens were satisfactory. We did not like the entrance where you have to take 2 separate elevators in order to get to the room and the breakfast looks nice but is very minimal. I wish they had a fresh waffle or pancake maker. I probably would not stay at this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a key location, right in the center of historic San Jose. Great location. The room needed a bit of love - the shower leaked water into the room’s floor and there was a bit of wear and tear. I do not like the fact that they do not allow visitors and this is not disclaimed when the reservation is made… however, I like the location of the hotel.

Everyone here was so kind, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast offered was bountiful and delicious, Dinner at the restaurant was superb, tasty drinks and the best ceviche ive ever had in my life. Lovely service, beautiful view of sunset from the roof top patio. The room was very comfortable and had a good view. The hotels esthetic is so cool, its a whole beautiful vibe. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. 10/10, would definitely reccomend it

The location of this hotel is amazing in San Jose right by the market Central, but the rooms are very basic and lack any amenities outside of towels. If you are looking for a quick stop to be close to the market then this is OK.
