It’s located at the wall of the city center so it’s walkable to all the restaurants, sights and shops therein and has free onsite parking. The breakfast is expansive and delicious, served in a delightful room. Rooms are clean, comfortable and good sized. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. "

"This is a chain hotel with headquarters in Germany. That alone makes it really hard to make it an authentic Italian experience. On top of it there’s barely local folks among the staff. The staff really needs to be trained in 5 star hotel standards. At times they tend to be borderline rude. On the other hand the hotel is amazing with kids, and the hotel manager is on top of things, so it makes it a mixed experience.
