"the hotel is a very nice hotel very good restaurant and very clean . i have to mention Alessandra the manager of the hotel -she is actually the best asset the hotel could have! i am not kidding one bit. she is an incredible person who help us beyond expectation in our bad experience we had with our budget rental car... she managed to help us to get to florence relatively on time to get our tour there (we didnt have a car because of budget rental situation ) and let our stay there to be less...

We were staying with our 7 year old, he was on a Japanese futon which I thought was slightly hard but he slept like a log so it’s obviously perfectly suitable for a child. Our bed was extremely comfortable!! From reading reviews I was slightly worried about the road up to the hotel, but our hire car had no problem with it.
