"The room is brand new and stylish. The location is convenient. People were friendly and breakfast was nice. However the double blind in the bedroom didn't work so well. There was no blind in the bathroom so you could see the construction site across the street. Also there was no coffee or tea provided in the room, although it did come with a fully equipped small kitchen. "
