The hotel was very good overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We also received a room upgrade thanks to our Expedia Platinum status, which was a nice benefit, and the room itself was very spacious. The only things I didn’t particularly like were the television, which felt much too small for such a large room, and a noticeable motor-like noise that could be heard during the night. Aside from those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Super nice would highly recommend it. The breakfast was so good and staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was kind of old and outdated. The TV didn’t have any cable couldn’t really use it and air conditioning didn’t work, but the staff was helpful for air conditioner.

My room didn’t have air conditioning and was noisy. I didn’t like the perfume used inside the facility but it is very nicely decorated, well located, very clean and well maintained, great spa and fitness room, and nice staff. The hotel exudes luxury and class. Buffet breakfast is good and free.

The staff with exception of the cleaning lady, and one of the workers who helped me with my luggage were rude, and unpleasant. This hotel prides it self in being a high end hotel; nevertheless the guest experience was inneficient, food quality, and overall atmosphere was lackluster. My family and I waited 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the restaurant, not only that I asked for transportation services and the driver was very entitled. He wanted to charge me $360 for driving two hours outside of Quito, when I asked why he felt justified charging me that amount he had the nerve to tell me if you dont like what I charge then good luck finding someone else. At the end of the day, the staff members were quite dismissive and lacked guest service skills; there was a front desk woman by the name of Fernanda she was very rude and lacked empathy most definitely. For the amount of money I was charged I had high expectations, sadly this was not worth the expense encurred.

Le Parc was an excellent hotel with an atmosphere of warmth and helpfulness which came from every one of their staff. Any request was fulfilled immediately and always with a smile. I had three separate visits during a two week holiday so experienced different rooms which were all spacious, clean and comfortable. Some of the rooms are located in different towers so it is a mission getting to them with different elevators and a walk through passages. It also means that we were forced to go up and down stairs without a handrail which was difficult for my partner. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. I would happily return again and will recommend it to friends.

Location is good in terms of restaurants and shopping and hotel is clean. However check-in experience was lacking. I had requested early check in or an extra night since our flight came in early. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels claustrophobic. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgable. Asked two questions during my stay and they had no clue. Location seemed nice but I am not sure about safety as there was a shooting 50 feet from the hotel door. Noisy in the evening and weekends as there is some kind of a club in or around the hotel. I was on the 8th floor and music is loud until about 1 am. On our last day we left the room at about 8:30 AM came back at about 3 PM and the room was not cleaned. Placed a do not disturb on the door but housekeeping came at about 4 pm knocking on the door. So our room was not cleaned on the last day. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was spacious. There are two restaurants , breakfast is not included but is available for USD$20 per person per day. Buffet with lots of choices.
