"what i liked about the property were, the room was wide and clean. what i did NOT like were the bath room shower floor tile were slippery. when it gets wet it was so slippery, i also noticed the floor shower has NO slope to drain the water, the drain was leveled with the floor, when taking a shower some of the water are getting into the other side. the shower glass wall/door did not help at all to contain the water in the shower area. also the bath lavatory was cracked, although it has no...

"I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine. The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. A small criticism I do have is that water leaks out of the door when showering because the water doesn't drain quickly enough. The pool is...

"It was a fun and great time, we ended up staying about 15 days in this hotel. The only thing is though, the breakfast food were mainly with pork. There were so few buffet breakfast choices. Other than that, I love the spa, I like the coolness of the AC."

"This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought. "

"Great property! The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick cab ride to BGC. The staff was amazing and the Japanese and Thai restaurants were the best I had in Manila. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Plenty of choices and all delicious. Rooms are all over sized and very comfortable but a little dated. I would say its the best value and best service of any hotel in Metro Manila"
