"This is well-maintained resort property. Service was mediocre, at best. Concierge understaffed, front desk & restaurants all understaffed. Breakfast was chaotic several days in a row. Hotel was full of mostly domestic tourists -- local corporate groups on retreat + large local families. We had expected more of a Shangri-La experience, & had just traveled from a Shangri-La property which had impeccable & genuinely helpful customer service, plus a convenient location. "Centrally located and a good value."

"I can’t say enough good things about Paolyn Houseboats! It’s an amazing and very unique property on Coron Island. The staff are so attentive and super helpful. The houseboats themselves are lovely, and the surrounding scenery is just stunning! We did two amazing tours while staying here, which were very good value and had incredible snorkelling! I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family, and hope to return one day!"

"Location was great, close to the airport, casinos and malls. Most of the staff were great. We booked an executive room, its a one bedroom suite. Big room, we love it. Housekeeping could do better, did not really tidy up as much, did not put back the throw pillows in bed, did not pick up receipt on the floor, the tables were the same as we left it. But all in all a great stay."

"Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. Very very good breakfast. Everything is very expensive. Reservation needed at the Thai restaurant, we could not get in."
