"This is my third day this year at this boutique hotel. It is gonna be my go to anytime I go to Newfoundland to see my daughter so convenient minutes walk to downtown restaurant shopping easy accessibility BUS, should you take 10 minutes of the water coffee shops. The facility is very clean very organized and quiet spacious rooms with a nice bar fridge kettle hot showers clean bathrooms last time I was there. I had a problem with the cable within minute. "Great hotel, walkable to conference centre and downtown. Doorman opened the door for me every time which was a nice touch. No view but that's ok, I wasn't there to look out the window. The construction next door didn't bother me at all. Hotel was very clean. I would stay there again."
