"I recently stayed at Excalibur Hotel & Casino for four days, and the standout part of my experience was the bell desk team. Andy, the bell captain, was exceptional. He and the staff were consistently kind, courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not match the level of service provided by the bell desk. There seems to be room for improvement...

"I felt everything's a challenge. You have to pay for a k-cup of coffee in your room. If you're lucky enough to have a coffee maker in your room. The room was decent in the re-habbed tower. Very stinky smokey. Bought a $15 bottle of wine from the gift shop for $54.00. Housekeeping never came."
