"No shops, one place to eat…hamburgers and fries are the only menu items.. very expensive $15.00 hamburgers, a can of coke was $3.00.. cash only. The cook,server was at least 90 and shuffled! The hotel was the closest to Bates Motel that you could get Gond outside of a studio lot. No hot water, the heat worked well… as it was rainy and snowed throughout the night."
