"Great view from My room and from the onsen. Staff was very friendly and very easy to communicate with in English. I will consider this hotel for future trips to Japan. Price is not cheap, but it is worth every dollar. Great experience."

The room was great and the location was close to Cosmo world and many of the nearby attractions. It was just a short walk to the Yokohama Air Cabins and ferris wheel and access to the subway was just around the corner. I was able to do a lot of site-seeing despite only being in the area for one day."

"The dinner alone gets a lot of points. Easily some of the best food I have ever had at a ryokan. The Men’s Onsen is a bit small outdoors. It was difficult to get my large western body (5’10”, 185lb) in the outdoor pool. The indoor pool was nice. The biggest problem is the old wooden floors. Upstairs neighbors had kids and I got virtually no rest. The tranquil atmosphere of autumn in the mountains of Japan was disturbed by little giants trampling overhead.
