"It was fabulous! We arrived after a lagoon boat tour in the pouring rain. We were soaked to the bone. We got to our rooms to find robes and slippers which we immediately put on and headed to the jacuzzis. It was heaven! We had dinner at the hotel and it was fabulous! Our group is from New York and Chicago, so we are used to great food. We were pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"We enjoyed our stay her and would stay again. It is in the heart of downtown on a non-drivable section of the downtown. This makes it a little difficult re luggage loading/unloading but the hotel is well worth any minor inconvenience. Being downtown, especially weekends, it can be a little noisy if you retire early. But again, such a great hotel and so accessible to everything in Reykjavik city. "

"Really lovely hotel and sweet staff! Spa was so nice, and the location was convenient. We found free parking nearby and all the surrounding restaurants were very yummy. We had a lovely view from our balcony! A cat named mango made several appearances which was such a bonus. "
