"Well presented, clean and friendly hotel. Warm welcome on arrival, easy quick check in. The room was well presented and very clean, good size new TV and a very comfortable bed! Air conditioned rooms so nice overall temperature. Friendly staff at the bar with a good choice of food and beverages. Overall a nice experience."

"Room was good. Breakfast was good apart from terrible coffee. Worst check in and checkout experience of any hotel I’ve stayed in. We had pre booked and pre paid but had to type all our details into a pad on the reception desk and accept terms and conditions that were too long to read. When we left instead of just handing in our keys and telling the receptionist our room number we had to type our details again just to get confirmation that we didn’t owe anything. This longwinded and impersonal process deters me from staying there again."

"Stayed two nights and from check in to checkout staff were friendly helpful and informative. Breakfast was fantastic and staff kept place clean. Ideal for shops places to eat and transport links..... Room clean ad beds comfortable. Room was cleaned towels changed for second day. Will definately return.. Not our first stay here "

"Nice little hotel "

"Truly love this place and the staff. As an autistic person I really struggle away from home but have to travel alone for work. This is the 7 or 8th time I’ve stayed here. I messaged the first time asking them to help me and look after me as I wasn’t sure I would cope. They do such a fab job, everything is so easy for , they give me the same room everytime I stay. Anything I need they are there with smiles and patient. So much so I wouldn’t look to book anywhere else when I’m in London. The food is amazing, massive compliment for someone who generally won’t eat anywhere new and struggles with food. It’s in the only Part of London not in the Ulez, vast parking, close to station is brilliant links to London Bridge. Already looking to book my next date, safe in the comfort this place will make me welcome. "
