defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were great! I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water daily. We enjoyed the poolside restaurant and service. The prices were very affordable. The Italian restaurant wasn't our favorite, but the breakfast buffet was super. We utilized the gym and sauna almost every day. We also booked a day tour to the pyramids through the hotel which was a great experience. I would stay at this hotel again."

. The front desk staff arw on point but the service in the restwruanta and the bara is vwry poor. Not up to the fairmont standard. Expect to wait around a lot when there is twice as many ataff as customers and dont expect your order to be right. Thry seem consistently disunterested in your experiance there. "
