"Property is very old, so I do understand a bit of difficulty. Very hot when we were there, and ac cpuld not really cool room. Limited and dodgy wifi. Staff very eager to please. Tours arranged with Mr. Samir Fayek from hotel were great. Jotel has fewat driver and ac van for tour use, and Mohammed was a great guide! He spoke uent English, plus several ither languages. We were easily able to see all the sights."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Hilton and I thought it was comparable to a stay at an American Hilton. I saw previous reviews that said it was difficult to cross the street, but that is a reality of Egypt (its simply a different way of crossing the road). I felt safe, the entrance has a metal detector and security. The hotel staff were polite and my room was cleaned everyday. "

The picture of the room was highly misleading. The elevator is extremely old and scary. The reception of the hotel is heavily furnished to mislead customers completely. Rooms don't have good internet although it is mentioned in the package. Only after several requests to provide more toilet papers, to fix the flush, to add towels...
