"This older family hotel is situated in a unique position on the outskirts of the pyramids. From the dining/roof terrace you overlook Khufu pyramid. On waking in the morning the view of the pyramid from our balcony was magical and atmospheric with calls to prayer. The breakfasts were basic but more than adequate to start the day, with good coffee. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and we would not hesitate to stay again."

"My friend, her daughter, and I recently stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel and were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Ahmed and Raouf stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile.
We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Hussein, who brought Egypt’s rich history to life with enthusiasm and clarity. His knowledge and energy made our excursions both educational and enjoyable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was their help in organising a surprise birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter. They assisted in arranging beautiful flowers ,decoration and made the occasion truly special .
While the breakfast was adequate, it offered limited variety. A broader selection would enhance the overall experience, especially for guests with diverse tastes. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the warmth and professionalism that defined our stay.

"The location was everything in this hotel with amazing views (depending on room you select).The room was a bit dated with window not closing completely causing the air conditioning not to really cool the room,but all in all i was very satisfied with my stay.The staff was very attentive and welcoming and willing to help with any questions or tours if you havent made plans.Sidenote you are right in front of the Giza entrance so you will be swamped with vendors once you step out of lobby but that is everywhere in Egypt.I Definitely recommend this hotel if your in cairo for Giza,waking up to the pyramids is in front of your room is beyond words"
"The property is probably the best boutique hotel in the area that has the best view of the pyramids. The only issue I had was the fact that the king suite advertising a jacuzzi but it does not have hot water and not having hot water was a huge let down. Not too sure who wants to sit in very cold water. "
