"In love with this hotel and staff ! They made our stay so easy, comfortable and luxury. From the rooftop views, to the helpful staff, to the clean rooms, everything was better than the pictures. We truly enjoyed staying here on our one week trip and will definitely be back very soon. The owner Ahmed, and receptionists were kind and attentive from the moment we checked in to check out."

"Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Location was absolutely incredible. We booked the king suite as it was the only room left with a pyramid view on our travel date and we only stayed one night. The view was spectacular and I guess that’s what you pay for. We wouldn’t have chosen this room normally but it was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable if a little short for my partner who is over 6ft - I didn’t notice it. Breakfast was also very good and kept as full most of the day. It was also very easy to find. I would happily stay here again."

"Location is simply unbeatable, with the hotel entrance right in front of the ticket office for the Pyramids. The views are absolutely breathtaking, both from the terrace and from the rooms overlooking the Pyramids. Waking up to such a view is an experience in itself! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with particularly comfortable beds. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is its people. The hospitality and kindness of every single member of staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Iman and Salma at reception, Amira from housekeeping, Mohammed from the breakfast team, the Dr Shisha, and Mustafa, Ahmed and Ali from the restaurant team. Wish we had had enough time to get everyone's names because they all deserve recognition. They went above and beyond to make my mum’s birthday trip unforgettable. Their genuine care and attention made us feel so welcome that we really didn’t want to leave. I must also mention the lovely cats around the terrace! They added an extra touch of charm to an already magical experience. The funny thing is that we initially came to explore Egypt, but now, if we return to discover more of this beautiful country, we would happily come back just to stay at this hotel again! I have stayed in many hotels, but this one has genuinely stolen my heart. The views may bring you here, but the people will make you want to stay. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever. ❤️"

"The position of this hotel cannot be beaten. It has a front line viewpoint and from the roof where breakfast is taken the views are fantastic and give a full view of the 3 main Pyramids and the Sphinx. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged everything that was asked for and even accommodated a late check out without any fuss. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable and although the bathroom was small and needed updating everything worked without issue. At the price we paid you can’t really criticise anything. The area around the hotel could be intimidating to some so be prepared for not only the traffic and noise but for the street vendors trying to sell you something. Overall a great stay and if this is your destination and you’re on a budget you will find this hotel more than acceptable"

"The hotel is very modern, clean and have the best view to the pyramids. The room was large and very modern designed with chairs and coffee table ( delux double room on. The 5 floor) Excellent location to go to see the new museum. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Airport shuttle was helpful with nice new big car. We are already 4 x in Egypt and it was the best hotel we were in. We will come again."

"Hotel was clean, very large room. We did not have the breakfast and the half board dinner was adequate. We are vegan which is not catered to in Cairo in general. You could have plain rice and steamed vegetables but very boring. We stuck with the lentil soup, pizza no cheese and the baba ganoush with bread. The view of the pyramids from the upstairs dining area is spectacular."
