"Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it. The location is perfect, next to the sea front but also next to a brilliant park with a boating lake and in easy walking distance for local amenities . The rooms are modern and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable . Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and again I couldn’t fault it fresh and plenty of it and will also go the extra mile and cook fresh porridge and Manx kippers on request . I’ll definitely be visiting again. "

"Lovely place just up from the sea. We were in the basement room which was a little noisy in the morning as it was underneath the dining room, more just squeaky floors as it is a lovely old house. "
