"We always stay at the Future Inns when we come to Cardiff - we tried an alternative hotel once but won't do that again! Future Inns is always clean, tidy, quiet and excellent quality - we always book a Suite now because it's not much more money for twice the space - the sitting room area is just lovely to chill out in and just have that extra bit of room. The carpets are good quality, the bathroom is clean and the shower is powerful enough! All in all, it's the place we go back to everytime...

"Absolutely brilliant. Our wedding anniversary in room 503 the executive suite. Absolutely spotless & very spacious. Superb king size bed & a sofa/settee. Awesome view of the city. Very pleasant staff & professional. Can't find fault at all. Definitely highly recommended. "

"Although the outside of the hotel was very unappealing and quite difficult to find it did exactly what it said on the tin. It was a budget hotel just to put my head down without spending a fortune. The only problem was any time the neighbouring room flushed there loo it sounded like a bulldozer was coming through the wall which made it very difficult to sleep through. The room is small but basic and the bed was very comfortable. "

"The rooms a re small, perfect for a short overnight stay. The beds are very comfortable. plenty of power/charging options. restaurant in the hotel, however we didn't eat there. there are several restaurants in walking distance. The docks are less than 5 minute drive."
