"The hotel is very close to the Amsterdam airport and they offer a free shuttle. However it isn’t lose to any parks, retail or shops. Staff are very friendly and my room was clean. It’s a great place to stay for an overnight in Amsterdam, but if I was staying for a few days the room (king) is a bit small and doesn’t have a lot of space. "

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"It was a good experience for me and my wife. i was there for first time so nobody explain me the procedure of housekeeping service. The staff was quite good and helpful. Just want to say one thing that hotel should also accept early check-in when guest are requesting them."

"Our stay was excellent! It was a little out of the way but the tram is only 2 blocks away. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel. PS. The beds are so comfortable."
