"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for...

"After arriving early in the morning from an overseas flight, I paid an additional fee for an available room. Due to an issue with the room, I was asked to leave and return at normal check in hours, and I have yet to receive a refund of the extra charge. When I returned around 7:00 p.m. after a full day of sightseeing, my room was still not ready. I was eventually given a room with a beautiful view of Tower Bridge, but it had no electricity, forcing another room change. The replacement room had...

"Don’t expect the Waldorf Astoria. It’s a small, cosy hotel. The staff always do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. But you have to speak to them if you want them to take action! Breakfast is freshly prepared; it’s not a buffet. The location is very convenient: shopping, evening strolls or a spontaneous trip into the city centre – everything is just a few minutes’ walk away. "El hotel está muy bien ubicado, precio accesible y limpio."

"Wash clothes have to be requested, which was unusual for us."

"This is the fourth Moxy we stayed at in the last 4 weeks. This was not the best. The location is unbeatable, but other areas were a let down. In the other Moxy hotels we could phone and speak with a live agent easily: not once was a call to reception answered. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay despite us going to reception and asking for the clean. On the Sunday morning, only 1 of 4 lifts was working. This was a nightmare and people were leaving around 11 am with large suitcases...

"Great breakfast! The location is very convenient, just steps from the subway station and train station. Good restaurants nearby too."

"Elegante, personal muy profesional y atentos, muy bien comunicado (estación de metro tan solo cruzando la calle), autoservicio supermercado 24h y servicios de restauración en la misma calle"

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"職員熱心有禮"
