"There is a 24hr reception desk. I took my mom and my moms friend and they are elderly and require walking aids. I did send a message via the hotels.com app but it never reached the hotel. The filippino receptionist (I forgot his name, sorry) was very helpful and did everything he could to change the rooms so that we were still close together and that my mom had a room on the ground floor and that it was accessable. The rooms were big and spacious with a king bed and en-suite. Was very clean....

"A beautiful hotel with such professional staff yet so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and the outdoor and indoor pool lovely. Gardens are well kept and very pretty."
