"One night business stay, very comfortable bed, nice warm room and excellent shower. Good friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. 7 minutes by car to Manchester airport. Beautiful garden."

"Great little hotel. Cheap enough for a short break. A 10 minute drive from the centre or Chester. Clean communal areas and rooms. Comfortable beds with clean, crisp bedding. Big TV, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and fan (this was needed as the room was so hot) in the room, as well as a kettle and tea and coffee. Nice smelling soap in the bathroom and a good selection of towels. Friendly staff. The only issue I had was not being able to order room service via the QR code provided in the room. I didn't make use of the bar/restaurant or swimming pool so can't comment on those. "

"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. Amazing hotel, friendly staff and fabulous break...thank you. It was appreciated. "

"The staff make this hotel fabulous. The lad working in reception was such a great guy and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, super fresh and tasty. The room was great and the decor was trendy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10 mins walk away from the centre but really quiet. When I come back to Chester I will book here. "
