We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room and the surroundings of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant to talk to, and the hotel is near nice restaurants, pubs, and the city center. We would definitely stay there again when in Liverpool.

This was one of the best Hotel stays I had, and there’s been a few. I have no complaints. For someone who always finds something, the place was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were a bonus. Especially the kitchenette. The rooms were so spacious, with the best AC to date. Staff were welcoming and always smiling, love this. Looking forward to my next stay.

So the hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but inside it’s well furnished, great decor and very clean. The room had a charming aesthetic with beams, the bedding was excellent and very well equipped. The only complaint I had about the room was the nespresso machine was fiddly and the hot water is really hot so be careful! Would recommend especially for couples.

The room we selected ( the small double) was mall but very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay incl coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge, coffee and tea and a microwave and dishes. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The location was good, very walk to shops, restaurants and pubs. And, it was a great value. Highly recommended!

Fantastic room with very good facilities , only gripe was air conditioning made a very strange noise which was not pleasant for sleep. Hotel in fantastic location for night life but no noise concerns and the staff so friendly and willing to help. We will return
