The place is truly magical, and their incredible staff are the secret sauce. The property is top notch, but warm and authentic, not ostentatious or showy. My family felt immediately at home. "One of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at. The canopy treehouse we were staying in had extraordinary view, and we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor shower. We were able to watch monkeys in the treetops, bids, butterflies were also frequently sighted. A great place for anyone who loves nature. The staff was exceptional! The food was also 10/10. Overall great experience. "

"The amenities advertised about the hotel certainly does not meet the standard for the type of facility it is advertised to be. Furthermore, this facility is advertised as a resort, but hardly meets the standard of a bed and breakfast. The swimming pool was empty, Wi-Fi service was only partially available (perhaps about 50% of the time), and failure to respect the do not disturb sign outside the door. The structural state of the facility is an incomplete off the beaten path concept of a resort...
