"The staff at Villa Massis made us feel like family from the second we walked in! The food and drinks were wonderful. The room was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful! Joelle (spelling?) was extremely warm and helpful. He booked us a private tour to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Mark was our guide and the tour was incredible! Their bartender, Gio, knew exactly how to cool us off after a hot day. Lucy always had the most beautiful smile on her face. The owner (can't remember his name) was very friendly and we could tell how much love he put into this property. Everyone was so happy to see us enjoying ourselves there. The best breakfast of our entire trip to Belize was at this resort! We will 100% be back to visit and will be bringing friends next time!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. All staff speaks English. The restaurant had great food and wonderful service. Accepts USD or credit card. The room was clean and good A/C. This was a great home base for excursions to Mountain Pine Ridge and Caracol. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the resort to the Cahal Pech Mayan ruins. 10/10 would stay here again. It was also nice that the resort is a bit outside of the town which is quite busy with hustle and bustle of daily life."
Beautiful Belize Vacation Home with Private Pool

"The location is very conveniently located near the town, walking distance to a supermarket, but because of the vegetation surrounding the back yard it has the feel of being isolated. The deck and pool are nice for cooling off after the day of activities but we also really enjoyed using the sitting area in the breezeway between the driveway and the house. Protected from the sun and a slight breeze made it very comfortable even when it was mid-90s outside. Terry is a great host and even arranged an ATM tour through her excursion company at a nice discount that was terrific, thanks for the great day Dima (our guide}."

"Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home."
