"The property is in such a great location! Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful and easily switched from French to English with no hesitation and tolerated my high school french attempts :) I have to especially say thank you to Isabelle and Alaricq (i pray i spelled his name right) for the time they took to answer my questions and offer suggestions. "The hotel is in the heart of downtown Vancouver and the location is convenient for shopping, dining, walking or transportation. The staff is not very friendly and the cleanliness is average (carpet was dusty, bedsheet had a stain, bath mat had a stain)."

"Amazing place in the heart of Old Montreal. Concierge and valet staff were super friendly. Valet parking was underground and they brought up our car in 10minutes. They helped load and unload luggage too. Check in and check out was a breeze. Room had balcony and lots of glasses and wine glasses. Bathroom was huge, almost same size as the room.
