"In the room there was no mirror, only in bathroom, which is not appropriate for one 4 star hotel. Also, there was no possibility to adjust tepmerature. They only turned on heating few hours in the morning and in the evening. Telephone in the room did not work."

"This hotel is in an ideal location and not far from points of interest. It is our 1st time to Citluk, near Medjugorje. The staff made us feel so welcome and was helping us plan our visit to the surrounding country side. The rooms are clean and modern and free Wifi.
