Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. The breakfast had a good variety on the menu to suit everyone. The only thing that we missed was a good English breakfast tea. The hotel was within walking distance to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was in immaculate condition. The receptionist was very helpful with boarding and with information on local areas for exploration and food. All of the paperwork was sorted pretty quickly and explained very clearly. It was very easy for a family to use this hotel while we explore Sarajevo. The hotel is located at short walking distance from downtown streets where are located restaurants and boutiques. Front desk personnel are very nice and helpful. Don't forget to reserve a parking spot, because there are only 15 of them. I needed to park in a public parking the first night and managed to get a parking spot at the hotel for the second night.

Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside. I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful.
