"Very good stay at the President! Excellent location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a view of the river and the beautiful mountains that surround Sarajevo. Breakfast was good; lots of choices. Front desk staff could have been a lot more helpful with some direction requests but otherwise the rest of the staff were great. Would recommend."

"If you only need a comfy bed, then this is your place. If you need anything else, like housekeeping to make your bed, toilet paper, or a quiet night's sleep, then you're probably better off booking a hostel. During the 4 nights we stayed there, we were offered 1 roll of toilet paper, and despite asking for more we never got any and had to get our own. During the 4 nights, our room was cleaned once.
