"As expected the hotel was very nice and the staff were very attentive. The location could not be any better if you are planning a tour of Windsor Castle as it is almost facing the entrance to the castle gates. "- The attitude of management after our first stay on cleaning issues was rude and deducted £50/- for most of the spots which were not done by us and some of the spots were easily removable - Asking us for TV remote on our second stay during our check-in which was very disappointing check-in for us. We tried to cancel the booking of the second stay but as the amount was paid in advance so management refused to refund. - Slow water flow in the basin of the bathroom - Not clear in sending keys...

"For the second time in the span of 3 weeks they mixed up the keys for self-check-in so after taking a bus, the tube, a train and a cab to get there, I wasn't able to check in. I had to wait by the door with my luggage until someone from ESA brought the spare key. After 20-30 minutes someone let me in the apartment but wouldn't let me keep the key so I was stuck in the apartment for another hour or so until they brought the correct keys. "No recommendation at all: Positive: - The apartment was clean, everything was prepared - not much to improve - free parking included - next to Windsor Castle and the city of Windsor ok, not outstanding: - The team was doing their job, not more and not less Negative: - A plane was flying over the building every minute from 6 am till 10 or 11 pm. The noise was terribly loud, so it was almost impossible to stay in the apartment during daytime. No noise reduction or insulation installed."
