"Nice, traditional pub/restaurant with hotel rooms in a separate building. Safe car park with lots of spaces. Great food in the restaurant and really nice, helpful staff. Good spacious bedroom with tv, fridge, iron/board. Only downside was incredibly creaky and noisy floorboards, so could hear all guests coming and going and very aware that ours were noisy too, so trying to creep about if needing the loo during the night. Also, our walk-in shower door didn’t seal, so bathroom floor flooded quickly. Had to turn the shower off to give it time to empty before finishing our showers. Very easy check-in and out and would visit again."

"For what we paid and needed it for this was fine. And we got an upgraded room and early check in. Breakfast really good too. So thanks. You don’t need to spend a lot of money to make it more appealing though. Pick up rubbish/ beer cans outside. Maybe put some hanging baskets and pots of flowers out. And clean the doors. The door in our room was filthy? There was a dead plant and empty pots in dining room - why? Not complaining- just feedback. Thanks though for a pleasant stay."

"Easy Check in about 20 -25 mins walk from railway station. The receptionist was very nice and even gave vouchers for 10% off pizza Place. I went to the Harlington Concert venue which is on the other side of the road. There is a wetherspoon's on the other side of the road. Breakfast was good and the Bacon Sausages ect was kept with lids on so it was more than warm. Room was nice Bathroom nice with walk in shower"

"With a huge gym and a 20m swimming pool it is quite a rare find in the area. Avid swimmers note, though, that pool is 30-31 C temperature so vigorous swim in freestyle may have to be cut back due to overheating if used to normal lane swimming temperatures. Understandable, though, as it is used by non-hotel residents & kids so it has to be warmer. Staff were extremely helpful, food menu in the "restaurant" was quite good and breakfast buffet was decent. I had to put "restaurant" in double quotes, and main reason for lowering score: it is a sports bar with astonishing noise levels from the external "clientele" heard on Fri and Saturday evenings. Obviously good revenue stream for the hotel to have locals pop in for shockingly loud vocalisation, but... their absolute lack of basic manners were a novelty. Clearly something attracts type of people who feel entitled to treat it as their literally deafening local pub. I am getting old, but have *never* had hotel dinners in such settings. One sidenote about parking: currently there is a building site on the premises. They occupy large chunk of the large parking lot - so, having paid for parking with the room, it was quite stunning to find that there was ZERO provision or even most basic practical schemes to ensure hotel guests have any priority for parking. All the myriad externals who come to the gym and to shout in the "restaurant" fill up the parking lot and hotel guests can hunt around trying their luck."

"Great place - rooms are great, comfy bed, welcome green and blacks chocolate. Staff are lovely at check in and the breakfast staff are fantastic, work hard and fast - really impressed. Only thing I don't like is the 'write on paper' check in part - especially every time you come back, would be nice to be digitally stored but in the greater scheme of things its nothing."
