"About 10 min walk away from the nearest train station (Honhachinohe) but only about 2-3 min from a bus that’ll take you to Hachinohe station, this hotel was really nice! If you’re here for the festival, it runs right in front of the hotel! Cute weekly activities if that’s up your alley. "

"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel."

"The hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a full range of amenities, daily housekeeping service, and a convenience store on the ground level. The parking was a bit inconvenient as it’s a car elevator that requires the staff to assist each time you want to leave or return, but they are always happy to help; 24 hrs a day.
