"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Allowed me to leave bags before check in. Attention to detail like wiping my suitcase wheels before taking onto tatami was amazing. Welcome tea and room/meal plans were so cute and loved the lady who served tea. Convenient shop and vending machine. Front desk was super helpful, including the young gentlemen who helped me double check my yukata was on correctly! Speaking of which also love the coat that came with the yukata. "We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay here. The onsen was spacious and we hardly shared it with anyone. Dinner and breakfast were very high quality. The futons were super comfy too. "
