"Hotel surpassed all expectations. Outstanding hotel staff. They are exceptionally courteous & all spoke English when they saw that we didn’t understand Japanese. The breakfast buffet is worth it. We bought it at the time of reservation and saved some $ if you have 2 people or more. Also, the amenities are great.
