Location is a plus

Great location. Amenities are complete. Besides a 24 hr grocery and drugstore where all the tourgroups go so it was great because we can complete our shopping easily

Staff was excellent from check in to check out. They greeted us at door took our luggage to the room, helped forward our luggage to next hotel. Breakfast was excellent a lot of choices. Too bad beef was out every morning. Would definitely stay there again

The property is in a great location, and the staff are well-trained and very helpful. However, I had issues with one of the key cards. I had to return to the front desk to get it fixed, and although they said they had fixed it, I continued to have problems later. Since one card was working, I didn’t go back and asked them to fix it. But it was inconvenient.

I would have given 4 stars if if the information on expedia is more accurate. It is stated that the hotel is a 28-min drive to Nagoya (NGO-Chubu Centrair Intl.) Airport and it was the main reason that I chose the hotel. Turns out that it was almost an-hour drive to the airport, with very smooth road traffic. I ended up paying more than double what I budgeted for. It has tarnished the pleasant stay I had. Please edit the information. Thank you.
