"The hotel is very convenient because it is located within Nagoya station and is a real oasis from that crowded and noisy place. Everything seems new and in top condition. The breakfast is excellent and while expensive, it is worth the price. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the ambience at the hotel conveys a sense of ease and comfort."

"Amazing stay. Room was impeccable and well appointed. Hotel staff were polite and professional. Club lounge was spacious and had a good view. Food was slightly on the led down with smaller portions and not much variety during the evening. Staff were helpful and I do understand that the majority of their clientele are domestic, it would help if the lounge staff were a little more fluent in English. None the less , they did try their best to assist and were always full of smiles. "

During this period of my stay (Mar 13-15, 2024), night-time outside air temps were in the range of 6~10C, cool enough to sleep with the window barely open. "The staff and room are good. The place is in a quiet place however there’s no nearby convenient store. nearest subway station is around 600m"

"Walk uphill at end of day after sailing was a grind. Self imposed as the hotel offered shuttles at various times. Could not have been more helpful but you have to be prepared for very Japanese experience. Try the restaurant in the hotel. Not well advertised but very attentive waiter. "
