"I spent a single night at this resort so that I could get an early start on a hike to Tahquitz Peak. I didn't have high expectations for accommodations in a small town like Idyllwild so I was pleasantly surprised by the Tahquitz Pines Retreat. The rooms were comfortable and the campus was well laid out. I especially enjoyed the restaurant and bar onsite which had really good food and a surprisingly large menu. Should I come back to the area, I would stay here again."

"Loved staying at this sweet little cabin while I was in Idyllwild for a writer's retreat. The cabin was so charming and you can tell a lot of care and consideration was put into every detail! I loved seeing the beautiful birds and cute squirrels playing through the huge picture windows from the couch, with my coffee each morning. The hosts were lovely and quick and easy to communicate with. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the patio and cute little seating area with a chiminea and market lights! Looking forward to another stay soon with my hubs and doggo."

"This was a truly amazing cabin to stay in. From the moment we arrived everything was comfortable and inviting. Every detail of the cabin is clearly designed to make you feel warm and cozy. From countless soft blankets, to fluffy pillows, memory foam mattresses and soft lighting. This cabin was made to allow you to unwind and relax in the crisp mountain air. The tea and coffee bar was an amazing treat. My wife and I had so much fun trying different local teas and waking up to hot espresso. At dinner my family and I sat in the backyard and enjoyed our meal amongst the tall pines and chittering squirrels. The front deck is a gorgeous place to sit and read and watch the birds eating from the feeders while the breeze gently serenades you with hanging wind chimes. My family and I can’t wait to return here again. This cabin is the perfect balance of cozy comfort and upscale amenities that make you both feel relaxed and pampered at the same time. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful property with us!"
