"Clean room, staff very friendly & helpful, convenient location. However, the stoppers on both the bathroom sink and the tub were missing or non-functional, and the fixture on the tub’s faucet that switches it to the shower was broken off, so we could not take a shower OR a bath! When I reported it (after we were completely unpacked), the front desk clerk was very nice about letting us switch rooms, but it was late at night, we were exhausted, and had to pack up everything to move to another room. In addition, the Jacuzzi was broken (the water was not even tepid/lukewarm at best, much less hot) both days we were there. Considering the temps were in the high 90s, this might not have been a problem for most, but I like to use the Jacuzzi just before bed when it’s cooler outside."

"My room flooded and wet my things. Room had no iron. They didn’t clean the room while k was gone.lobby isn’t open. They give a number after hours but no one picks up."

"We had a great stay. Because we had friends to visit we were gone a lot. However, the kitchenette was perfect and had all we needed. The patio was great for morning coffee and parking easy and convenient. We will definitely return. "

"Host was extremely responsive. Check in was easy and the house was perfect. My husband and I stayed 3 weeks and had family join us for part of that time. The house proved to be perfect for all nine of us yet very comfortable for the few weeks when it was just us 2. Location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown as it’s within 8-10 min driving distance. The backyard, pool, playground set, and garage converted to a game room kept everyone occupied and happy. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back. "

"We had the most excellent stay at this wonderful home. The location was perfect for our week in Palm Springs. Close to downtown but far enough away to feel calm and secluded. The home itself was magnificent. The pool was exceptional. Our host, Alexa, was so helpful and responsive. Any minor mishaps - she fixed them immediately. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Our experience at this home was a bit overall disappointing, but there were a few bright spots. It's clear the overall lack of maintenance and the history of problems from previous reviews and a physical guestbook show that the management hasn't bothered fixing the issues. We also arrived to the place uncleaned from the previous guests (which is an understandable mistake), but were only offered a small discount for the inconvenience.Pros:

Fridge was modernPool was great after the pool cleaner arrived on our second day there and set heater to optimal settings.The host was attentive and responded quickly when we needed the place cleaned and some pool cleaning supplies.Cons:- Exterior was overgrown with weeds. Had trash / litter on sides/backyard.- Inside: broken drawers, bathroom hooks hanging by a thread, peeling door hangers, and paint chips/cracks throughout. The bedroom curtains were dirty and had holes.The showers leaked, causing water to pool on the floor, wasting our few towels to soak it. Some pieces of furniture from the photos were missing, or broken, including some chairs and the cornhole set.Pool: Instructions were unclear, using low-res photos in a confusing order. The heating was also expensive and heated slower than the host initially explained.This place provides the minimal things for a vacation home. If all you care about is a pool and a place to sleep, I can see it being viable. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
