"We’ve stayed here before. We got to the hotel this time at 6 pm and our room still wasn’t ready, which is a first (that late in the evening), after staying in hundreds of hotels. So we changed into swimwear in our car, and went to the pool with our luggage. There was not ONE SINGLE CLEAN TOWEL. Not one. So we’re getting out of the water, freezing because there’s no way to dry off. That was also a first, for a hotel. We finally got access to our room at 7:30 pm, which is ridiculous. Our balcony was overlooking literally a giant air conditioning unit. Even my kids mentioned it was the worst view they’d ever seen. The kids had fun at the pool. There were other very nice guests we chatted with. But not having our room ready at 6 pm(!!) and no towels at all at the pool, make me think this place is horrible understaffed. We have three young kids so we tried to get late checkout, and we were told it “doesn’t exist”. Horrible. Omni nearby is 100x better. "

"The location is great for the hotel. You’re walking distance to Boozehounds, Rick‘s Restaurant and Billy Reeds. The staff is friendly and accommodating and provided early check-in upon request. This is the third time I’ve stayed here. The hotel is a great value to be honest. They could do some additional maintenance on the property. The room I stayed in the door didn’t close completely and there wasn’t an extra deadbolt lock. Overall, the place is good just for a decent sleep. "

"We had a great stay. Because we had friends to visit we were gone a lot. However, the kitchenette was perfect and had all we needed. The patio was great for morning coffee and parking easy and convenient. We will definitely return. "

"Host was extremely responsive. Check in was easy and the house was perfect. My husband and I stayed 3 weeks and had family join us for part of that time. The house proved to be perfect for all nine of us yet very comfortable for the few weeks when it was just us 2. Location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown as it’s within 8-10 min driving distance. The backyard, pool, playground set, and garage converted to a game room kept everyone occupied and happy. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back. "

"We had the most excellent stay at this wonderful home. The location was perfect for our week in Palm Springs. Close to downtown but far enough away to feel calm and secluded. The home itself was magnificent. The pool was exceptional. Our host, Alexa, was so helpful and responsive. Any minor mishaps - she fixed them immediately. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Our experience at this home was a bit overall disappointing, but there were a few bright spots. It's clear the overall lack of maintenance and the history of problems from previous reviews and a physical guestbook show that the management hasn't bothered fixing the issues. We also arrived to the place uncleaned from the previous guests (which is an understandable mistake), but were only offered a small discount for the inconvenience.Pros:

Fridge was modernPool was great after the pool cleaner arrived on our second day there and set heater to optimal settings.The host was attentive and responded quickly when we needed the place cleaned and some pool cleaning supplies.Cons:- Exterior was overgrown with weeds. Had trash / litter on sides/backyard.- Inside: broken drawers, bathroom hooks hanging by a thread, peeling door hangers, and paint chips/cracks throughout. The bedroom curtains were dirty and had holes.The showers leaked, causing water to pool on the floor, wasting our few towels to soak it. Some pieces of furniture from the photos were missing, or broken, including some chairs and the cornhole set.Pool: Instructions were unclear, using low-res photos in a confusing order. The heating was also expensive and heated slower than the host initially explained.This place provides the minimal things for a vacation home. If all you care about is a pool and a place to sleep, I can see it being viable. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
