"The location of Segara Village is perfect: on the beach and in a convenient part of Sanur. The facilities for young families are outstanding; a real good playground next to a pool which has a life guard and the staff were lovely to the children. The grounds are beautiful with a cafe, bakery, gelataria, spa etc and the rooms are fine. Balinese staff are always pleasant and helpful. "We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. "

The process is quite easy, just tell the reception guy and I pay the same rate as my other 3 night. The pool is quite crowded in the evening because it's open policy. I got water shortage on the 3rd day in the morning, which quite delay my day a bit though."
