"Lovely gardens, choice of three great pools. Very attentive staff when dealing with them super friendly and kind. Great breakfast with fantastic choice. Really nice and mellow, great place to relax. Definitely would come back. Please update razors supplied as they really are dreadful or dont bother. Luckily brought my own but tried them and truely the worst ive ever come across unless you like shaving with a blunt razor. Larger Tea/Coffee cups would be a good idea. Nitpicking. Otherwise cant...

"What a gem of a hotel hidden in the middle of Sanur. The location is perfect and the hotel is so beautiful as well as the amazing staff on site. "The management and staff were friendly and helpful . There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities . 1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool . 2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms...

"This is a excellent Homestay especially the pool rooms for location, value for money and cleanness. Breakfast was great with fruit, eggs and coffee. Air conditioner struggled during the heat of the day in Room 3. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Because we were looking for something that really felt like Bali and not some rich, fancy resort that could be anywhere in the world, this place was perfect for us Wi-Fi was intermittent but it kept us off our phones more and into the environment. All of the staff were so kind and friendly. Also I highly recommend Sally and Annie for their massages, manicures and pedicures! Such beautiful women!"
