"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"Stayed whilst travelling for work, allowed my little dog to accompany me, accommodation is great, cosy and the views are stunning, balcony is an added bonus, loved sitting in the evening with my glass of wine :-)"

The beds where so comfy it was hard to get up in the morning Lovely historic building in a great location, idyllic view from living room overlooking river in a quiet village within walking distance to Shaldon village with several pubs and cafés. "Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."
