"We were visiting our son studying at Exeter University for the semester. Convenient by car. Ample parking. We loved the Guidebook put together by the property manager. It was extensive and instructions were clear. The only thing we had to hunt for was the linens/covering for the hideaway. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Thanks!"

"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"Stayed whilst travelling for work, allowed my little dog to accompany me, accommodation is great, cosy and the views are stunning, balcony is an added bonus, loved sitting in the evening with my glass of wine :-)"

"A lovely modern property. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite was a decent size and the shower was very good. No bath. It was easy to locate using sat nav. Lovely quiet location and views. "

"Had a fab, peaceful break here. The wood fired hot tub was so quick to warm up and made for a great evening under the stars on a chilly but clear night. Local walks and time to slow down and rest. Just what we needed, thank you "
