The hotel and staff was very sweet and helpful but I did specifically book the Torre Dorada because I was under the impression we could be picked up for our tours, hosted by Lima Tours, but I was informed then evening before by a guide we had to meet them in the main square. "Staff at this hotel were very nice and friendly. The room on the other hand had several issues. It was very cold at night and there was no heating. After reading reviews we went to ask the staff for a heater which helped somewhat. In the shower, half the sliding door was missing and the railing was not properly secured to the wall.
