"Cute historic downtown location with great service. Tasty breakfast. It was sometimes noisy probably because it's a historic building. I stayed once on the third floor with beautiful views but did get some noise from the city. The second time I was on the first floor but did get some sound from people walking on the stairs. I liked that I could easily walk to the main square and lots of nearby restaurants. "

"Tierra Viva was a great hotel right in the middle of the Historical District of Cusco. Super easy to walk around and get to the Plaza de las Armas, shopping, restaurants, etc. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. We loved our stay there!"

"We had our longest stay in Peru and didn't regret it. Hotel is beautiful, special and with tasty food. We could park a rented car on a property. All the stuff were super friendly. We learned some spanish with Rosa, si that we could use it outside of hotel. We left for Machu Picchu from here and could leave our bags stored in the hotel."

"This is hands down one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel often. From the minute we walked in we were in awe of this hotel and couldn't stop admiring the decor and detail around the hotel. The ambience is special. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful - every single detail is taken care of before you even arrive. Our rooms were beautiful - the bed was comfortable, the room was extremely clean but most of all the details were remarkable. They placed hot water bottles to warm our bed, chocolate, tea, and filtered water were placed in our room. We stayed here twice during our trip to Peru, we weren't feeling the best (altitude sickness) but staying here made us feel comfortable. We would give this hotel a million stars and hope to visit again. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere, it's quiet, the bar, restaurant and complimentary breakfast are excellent, the outdoor space is relaxing, you won't find a more accommodating staff, and you'll appreciate all of the detail that went into designing this hotel. This hotel has it all! If you are thinking about booking this hotel just do it, it's simply the best! "
